1. 資格及帳戶

你必須年滿 18 歲並提供真實、準確資料。你須保護登入資料，不得冒認他人、轉售帳戶或協助被封禁人士重新進入服務。

2. 安全使用

請尊重其他用戶；線下見面應選擇公眾地方並自行判斷風險。Skylight 不保證配對、命理分析、身份認證或其他用戶陳述必然準確，亦不構成醫療、法律、財務或其他專業意見。

3. 你嘅內容

你保留自己內容嘅權利，並授予 Skylight 在提供、保護及推廣服務所需範圍內儲存、處理及展示內容嘅非專屬授權。你必須擁有上載內容所需權利。

4. 禁止行為

禁止色情或涉及未成年人內容、販運或招攬、可信威脅、仇恨、欺凌、騷擾、詐騙、垃圾訊息、冒認、未經同意披露私隱、侵犯知識產權、繞過付款或濫用舉報系統。

5. 天幣及 VIP

數碼功能透過 Apple App Store 內購買處理。天幣係消耗型數碼額度、不可兌換現金及不設到期。VIP 會自動續期，除非你在 Apple 訂閱設定於續期前取消；可恢復項目按 Apple 帳戶及有效交易恢復，實際價格及週期以購買確認畫面為準。

6. 執法及終止

我哋可移除內容、限制功能、暫停或終止違規或危害安全嘅帳戶。你可隨時在 App 內刪除帳戶；重大安全事件可能交由執法機關處理。

7. 服務及條款變更

服務按現況提供。在法律容許範圍內，Skylight 不對用戶行為、線下互動或間接損失負責。重大條款變更會透過 App 或其他合理方式通知。

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Protect your credentials and do not impersonate others, resell accounts or help banned users regain access.

2. Safety

Treat others respectfully and use your own judgment for offline meetings. Matching, readings, verification and user statements are not guaranteed and are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your content and grant Skylight a non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it as needed to operate, protect and promote the service. You must have the rights required to upload it.

4. Prohibited conduct

Pornographic or child sexual content, trafficking or solicitation, credible threats, hate, bullying, harassment, scams, spam, impersonation, privacy violations, infringement, payment circumvention and report abuse are prohibited.

5. Coins and VIP

Digital features are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Coins are consumable digital credits, do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash. VIP renews automatically unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Restorable purchases follow the Apple Account and valid transactions; the confirmation screen controls the actual price and period.

6. Enforcement and termination

We may remove content and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks. You may delete your account in the app at any time. Serious safety matters may be referred to law enforcement.

7. Service and term changes

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Skylight is not responsible for user conduct, offline interactions or indirect losses. Material changes will be notified through the app or another reasonable method.
